Off-the-plan contracts, where you are buying before property construction is complete, are complex and tend to favour the vendor. Not being unable to physically inspect the property before purchase makes some buyers feel overwhelmed or nervous.

Not in Common Ownership (NICO) are highly specialised subdivisions involving transfers where a parcel (or parcels) of land are segregated and annexed into a neighbouring parcel of land. Our principal, Nicole Faid, specialises in this area and is available to provide sound legal advice specific to your NICO subdivision.


There are some uncommon and specialised areas of property conveyancing such as laneway acquisitions, discontinuance of private roads, and adverse possession transactions.
