Founder & Principal Conveyancer
With over 25 years of conveyancing experience, Nicole brings a deep understanding of every stage of the property transaction process. Holding both a Diploma of Conveyancing and a Diploma of Financial Planning, she combines legal precision with financial insight to deliver exceptional outcomes for her clients. Known for her sharp eye and lateral thinking, Nicole often identifies potential issues early – saving clients time, stress, and unnecessary expense.
Outside of work, Nicole is an avid hiker who’s explored the Canadian Rockies and Yosemite, but she’s just as passionate about trekking through Australia’s own Blue Mountains and Tasmania.

Ran Jung holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University (2006) and an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing from RMIT (2024). Combining her business background with her conveyancing qualifications, Ran provides clients with professional support and practical guidance throughout their property transactions.
Ran is passionate about helping people through the often-complex process of buying and selling property. She believes great conveyancing is about more than paperwork – it’s about listening to clients, keeping them informed, identifying potential challenges, and ensuring they feel confident throughout the process. Outside of her professional life, Ran is a proud mother of two teenagers. She enjoys staying active through golf and bike riding and values spending time with family and friends. As a fluent Korean and English speaker, Ran enjoys connecting with clients from different backgrounds and creating a welcoming experience for everyone she works with.

An outdoor enthusiast at heart, Brinal is a passionate camper who loves exploring the wilderness and tending to her garden. When the weather cools down, she loves nothing more than settling in for a cozy winter night with her puzzles or Netflix.
Leanne Roy
Licensed Conveyancer
Leanne is a Licensed Conveyancer with over 20 years’ experience in the legal profession and has specialised in conveyancing since 2004. She began her conveyancing career alongside the late Senior Partner of a respected North East Victorian law firm, where she gained extensive experience managing high-volume and complex property transactions.
Before specialising in conveyancing, Leanne spent almost 15 years in personal injury law, developing strong skills in legal analysis, risk management and client advocacy. She has since managed hundreds of residential, rural, farming and commercial property transactions, along with business sales and purchases, spousal transfers, survivorships and transmissions.
Known for her clear, no-nonsense communication style, Leanne is committed to making every property transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. She combines practical advice, proactive problem-solving and consistent communication to help clients feel informed and confident from start to finish.
